BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • Bookings are made subject to the conditions set out below and making a booking with us constitutes your agreement to these conditions. These conditions limit PT Bali Ayo Berlayar’s liability for matters such as personal injury, baggage loss or damage and they should be read prior to booking.
  • PT. Bali Ayo Berlayar will charge for any additional services or expenses that are incurred that are not included in our invoice however we will endeavour to minimise these.

  • Rates are valid for all markets.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

CURRENCY AND EXCHANGE RATE

Prices are quoted in US$ (US DOLLARS), but are payable by direct transfer to an account to be specified on the invoice. The exchange rate currently applicable is US$1 to IDR 15,000.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

  • 50% deposit is required to secure a booking
  • 50% balance should be settled 60 days prior to departure.

Payment can be made by telegraphic transfer, Paypal and credit card (we will send you the credit card payment, form if you wish to pay with your credit card)

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is highly recommended in order to cover unforeseen expenses caused by illness, theft or other losses in connection with an overseas trip.
Travellers are also strongly recommended to purchase Medical Insurance including medical expenses, evacuation and 24-hour consultation assistance in their country prior to travel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

PT. BALI AYO BERLAYAR’S cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 100% refund of the amount received if the trip is cancelled by PT. Bali Ayo Berlayar.
  • 50% refund for cancellations received more than 30 days from the departure date.
  • No refund for cancellations received within 14 days from the departure date.

RESPONSIBILITIES

PT. Bali Ayo Berlayar reserves the right not to accept as passenger any person whose mental or physical condition may impede the operation of cruise or affects the rights, welfare, or enjoyment of other cruise passengers. The responsibility of the Cruise Compa and/or its agents, is limited. In all matters connected with transportation getting to and from the boat. PT. Bali Ayo Berlayar is not responsible for any damage, injury or loss resulting from any cause or for any extra costs or losses resulting from any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by delayed or cancelled transportation service, changes of schedule, strikes or other conditions beyond the Cruise Company’s control.

In the event of the cancellation of a trip by PT. Bali Ayo Berlayar liability is limited to  a refund of the amount received by PT Bali Ayo Berlayar at time of cancellation.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • This agreement is not assignable by either party without the express written consent of the other party.
  • All rates in the contract are private and confidential and may not the disclosed to third parties.
  • This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the matters covered. No modification of this agreement shall be binding on the parties unless it is in writing and executed by both parties.
